Well the word "Inevitable" comes to mind. You see the universe tends to fold up into situations that are meant to happen. If anyone seen the new version of "The Time Machine", no matter how many times he weant back in time to prevent his wifws death, she still was killed in a different way. Now, I know people believe that there is no destiny, and no fate but what you make of it, but there are caetain times, where an event must take its coarse. So, no matter what altenate events the warriors take, it does not stop their individual destinys, thus making things inevitable no matter what, alternate path the warriors take.
