It would have made more sense if Swan had indeed told the rest of the gang. Maybe this is a slip-up in the continuity, or a fact that the film makers overlooked.

If Fox told Swan who did shot Cyrus then he had to do it right before the Warriors got split up. If he said anything earlier than Swan must have decided not to tell anyone. Maybe Fox told Swan what was up when they went to talk to the Orphans.

It seemed like Fox was Swan's right hand man, just like Swan seemed to have had the same role with Cleon. JMO.

OK, here we go, lol. Here's my thing, Fox didn't mention it, because his mind was on getting everyone home, as scout and knowledge man, the duty mostly fell on him. So it never entered his mind to mention it, his head was real busy helping Swan keep the others in check (if you notice, he was doing a little ordering himself), and on keeping everyone alive. And, I think that Rembrandt and the others filled Swan in on their adventure with the Lizzies, as well as their news that they were blamed during their train ride between Union Square and Coney Island, as they didn't show the entire ride. There was plenty of time for them to tell Swan all about it.
