Why Does Everyone love the Furies?

They were my fav gang at one point. Maybe its because Kiss is my fav band, and the joker my fav batman villian. But the fact they get there ass kicked. they dont even get any good hits in, only 2 on cowboy. They do give me Goosebumbs every time i see them. They are very cool. Just not good fighters. The punks could take em.

The furies are fear-inducing, no doubt about that. Yet fighting isn't one of their strong points. Another reason for why they carry baseball bats. I'm not saying the Furies aren't strong, but despite what many people think, strength doesn't mean evertything in a fight. The most important thing in a fight is intelligence and i guess the Furies lacked a bit of that. The Warriors on the other hand were street smart, even Ajax(aside from his way with the ladies) and thats most likely why the furies got owned byour favorite anti-heros.

HELL YEAH..I LOVED THE FURIES..
And come-on Look at them,what's not to love,The make-up the bats,
NO words uttered,actions speak louder than words!!!
They are characters..with make-up,and that in itself,gives an impression on all who see them,it's an image in your head that will last..You will NEVER forget it!!! Hell I can almost bet,anyone who likes KISS for the make-up must love The Crow

It's all about the theatrics,and The element of surprise..Using all of these element to feed the fear,which than makes you SCARED,and THAT MAKES YOU RUN!!!!!

Looks on topic to me. The Furies and The Crow and Kiss share many similarities. Facepaint, element of surprise, night scenes, sense of mystery, etc...

Why are the Furies my favorite???? I dunno. They just look cool as hell. I know if i had a few dudes in facepaint and baseball bats chasing me.....id be freaked. Plus the chase music on the soundtrack is kickin.

in my opinion the furies are my 2nd ranked fav gang behind the warriors of course.the furies brought a real sense of fear to the 4 warriors just look at their faces when they run out of the station.swan snow ajax and cowboy dont know what to do other than run.like gonzo said the furies never uttered a word which would have made the warriors even more uneasy about the situation they were in.the furies fought right to the end even though they were taken down.so heres for those that want a piece of the furies the fact is the furies gave the warriors their longest continuous run of the night.also for all those that say the warriors could have taken them there and then in the street they couldnt have it was better to run and get a terratorial advantage like the park scene where swan and snow cut off then cut back round behind the furies.

They're just so creepy. I imagine them to eat worse than the Orphans. Their zombie-like silence makes me think they're cannibals.

What makes the Furies so cool is that you don't know anything about them. They wear baseball uniforms and paint their face. SO they are visually striking. The fact that they never say a word scares the bejezus out of me. THey are weird guys that you can't get a read on. MAkes for interesting and well remembered material for me.

well personaly i like them cause of the way they look i mean its asome beatin up a couple a clowns now a day right?? but they suck at fightin badly!!!!!but ajax could whip like 10 at a time so yea

People like the Furies because the other rival gangs just aren't cool enough (e.g. Orphans, Lizzies, Punks, Riffs) in comparison. Quiet, menacing, seriously dangerous (if they use their bats right they can cause serious damage). While you could argue the same thing about the Punks, were the Punks all that mean? No, the Furies had their faces made up in scowls of black and had massive bats and ran after the Warriors. The Punks were plain, didn't look all that "punk" (the Turnbulls fit the "punk" definition better than the actual Punks) and the lead guy was on rollerskates. You can't take that seriously like the Furies standing outside the subway swinging the bats slowly. And after all, the Furies fight looked cooler than the Punks fight. Who's with me?

You know what would make the Furies even creepier to me, if they had spray painted numbers on the back of their jerseys but didn't write the numbers quite right. Like the 3 would be backwards or an upside down 4.

You can't tell me that there is any cooler scene than when Swan, Snow, Cowboy, and the man (Ajax) look around and you see the Furies all around. I mean they just appear and are swinging their bats. THere's nothing cooler than that.
