I don't think the mess is the biggest problem in Coney. Coney is more dangerous now then in was 25 years ago. If you go over there at night your looking for trouble.

It's somewhat safe during the day but if you go at night you might get japped. It's really bad over there now. Lots of pople have been dieing over there.

dont be a bunch of faggots. lol. coney is as safe now as its ever been.the new train station is the headquarters for the nypd. in the off season it is deserted,so it looks worse than it is.there are plenty of plain close officers all year round.ipass through coney every day and night.my son goes to karate across the street from the wonder wheel 3 nights a week.i stop at nathans all hours of the night for a hotdog anytime of the year.

I was kind of dissapointed by this also, i would have loved too see the warriors give a little payback, since all they went through was their fault. But i understand know that its all part of the script to make things more suspenful by the biggest gang in nyc, showing up at the end. It gets you thinking, (are they going to wreck the warriors, or do they know about the rouges)
All part of suspense.
And besides, if they would have fought, they would probably knock one gang out, the riffs would show, and the suspense woudnt have been the same.

I thought that the way it ended, brought a more realistic approach in an imaginary world.  You see the warriors are only human, and I think that fighting the rouges would make them into immortal, which they are not.  The movie depicts everyday people in a harsh environment.  We are amazed at the fact that these ordinary humans can do the impossible, but yet like I said they are only human. They had the fight with the baseball furies witch tests their strength.  We seen  them have the final physical battle, which represents all or nothing(Punks).  So the scene with the rouges is more of a mental emotional battles between our anti-heroes and the ultimate evil.  So it was more of a battle between the souls, because we already seen the warriors ultimate physical battle with the punks.  So now it was a battle of the mind, and it looks like the mind of the warriors won.  This is why I was satisfied with the ending. The ending that proved the warriors were physically and mentally invincible.
