Rembrandt, Fox, and Ajax. Some people may not like to hear this, but I was glad ajax was arrested

I think some people dismiss the Fox a little too easy. The intellegence of the Gang dropped tremendously with his passing, and it was meant to be a crushing blow to the warriors! I won't elaborate too much, but the 2nd string was definitely:

Rembrandt - Any of the other members could have painted a bunk ass W, here and there, and still kicked way more ass!

Cowboy - Cute hat, but for heavens sake man, swing somethin, hit someone, do SOMETHING!

Vermin - Eh, good kid, but who needs all his whining? Fox would outbox him if they went head to head anyway. Well maybe, but in this particular case, I go brains over brawn. Especially being so outnumbered. I believe brains is what kept the guys alive for the most part anyway.

Anyone who would let Cleon go is nuts! Did you see him handling those Rogues before the Riffs stepped in? Manhandlin cats! Also, letting your heavy muscle go is not the wisest move either. AjaX, Coch, & Snow definitely stay, Swan is a Given, and That's that!....

i would take away....rembradt,the only reason they brought him was probably because they didnt know they were gonna get japped

next is vermin,a bad influence and a whiny warrior,good fighter though

and as much as i hate to say it-cowboy,good fighter but slows the team down tremendously.

Well, it is a tough question to answer. Does "get rid of" mean kill, or they never existed?(George Bailey style). Or do the three I pick get a free trip anywhere in the world? OK If it's kill, than none. If it's never existed than none. But if it's just taking three guys and giving them a different life: Cleon, Fox, Ajax

I'd remove;

Cowboy - He seemed kinda in the shadows in the whole movie. I didnt like when he got his ass kicked by the Furies either. He was a wimp.

The Fox - He was lame as well. He was a punk. Soft as hell. Not Warrior material.

[Trade] Cleon for Snowball - I would have kept Cleon. He was a tru bopper who held his own. True Snowball handled his, I think the movie needed more Cleon. But in the 70's its obvious that Hollywood/America couldnt handle too much of a black guy as the star of a movie let alone the leader of The Warriors.

by reading through the comments, this question has been interpreted differently.

it could mean (this is how i'd interpret it)

1. which 3 were least needed for the meeting.
or
2. which 3 had the least impact/you liked least in the film.

going by point 1:

cowboy is first out. he is weak and is only there for the 'social element' (he's lonely)

next out vermin. a whinger and no sense.

third out rem. he is sensible but through process of elimination, he is too weak compared with the strengths the others offer.

ok ya know what??? let's not even do that!!!!
this movie aint about race, the gang "the warriors" aint about race, this forum aint about race!!!
that's what i always loved about the warriors (the gang), they were diverse, and not all black, or white.
so, let's not even start that.
and if ya really wanna get technical, the 70's was pretty much the the era of the "black movie" explosion, wasn't it??
