Cowboy has a cult following? Um... The Warriors is a cult classic movie. Every character in the film has a cult following, except maybe that lady who gets scared in the subway in the opening sequence. The fan fiction on this site is evidence enough of that.

Cowboy is very important for the band because he thinks instead of fighting though ajax it him was saving in many occasions, the ponia the head and the demas the muscles (ajax, vermin etc), with permission of fox that the poor person not tape-worm very much muscle jajaja.

EXACTLY.. I never thought cowboy was a wimp, he is not real strong either, he is an average fighter. Just because he gets knocked out by a heavy blow with a bat doesnt mean he is a wimp. I mean the guy and the rest of the warriors ran a lot, and its explicable if he was really tired to dodge the hit. Lol, if i would have ran that much like they did, i woudnt even had made it half the way they all did, i would have had a heart attack in the first 3 minutes of running,lol. Ajax handeled himself pretty good probably because he has a heck a lot of stamina. Not to get off rules, but if some of you would have gotten into a fight, and somebody gave you a heck of a hard hit when your guard was down, and knock you out, does that make you a wimp forever?? Of course NOT!! But a lot of people see him as a wimp just because of the furie incident. Plus he showed off his skills against the punks.. i woudnt have survived in that fight, but he didnt even get hit once.. so thinking about it, he is not average fighter, he is a good one. Not as good as snow or ajax, but still pretty good.

I dont recall the Warriors fighting the Furies for 20 minutes  Or Cowboy being 'cramped up' in the Punks fight either. I still dont believe he is the best Warrior , but he adds something to them like everyone else. He still has an awesome hat though lol

hehehe, i kinda have video feed of cowboy takin out the punks leader in my sig. (thanks to cubs ) and in the furies fight, he really should have been knocked unconcious. he was out of breathe, and then a fury hit him in the stomach with a bat. and when he was bent over, got him right on the face. i dont know many people on here(with the exception of shm ) who can still try to get up after that.  and if he was a wuss, he wouldnt have gone to the conclave. alot of people say that about rembrandt, but he is an exception. he's an artist for the gang. he was probably the best there. so cleon picked him. cowboy was just picked to "soldier the middle" meaning he was just a soldier. and there were probably about  100 of those in the 120+ gang. he could have been replaced, but he was the best of them so he went.

Cramped up? Did you see the same fight everyone else saw ? He was very good in the Punks fight not the best but very good. Also if you were running as much as The Warriors were you would be tired and exhausted from running for such a long period of time, also he stayed down 20 minutes ? I didn't know the Furies fight was even 20 minutes.....also he was hit with a Baseball Bat plus add fatigue, he's not going to instantly get right back up.

This is a tiring debate.

If you think Cowboy is tough, fine. The fact that he was chosen to go to the conclave should confirm that.

If you think he is  a wimp, fine. Why don't you sprint for 2-3 minutes, then take a bat to your midsection and see how tough you are.

Let's just say Cowboy was tough enough to go to the conclave, but not as tough OVERALL as some of the others, and leave it at that.

Exactly! We see cowboy as a wimp because the other warriors have extraordinary stamina and strenght, but he isnt a wimp at all. I know i woudnt have been able to run even half of what the warriors ran in the riverside park scene.
