Pinpointing Tom Waites' Leaving

I think I figured out the scene when Tom Waites leaves the filming. It's right after Swan torches that car and they run into the subway. The Fox is the last Warrior into the car and when he (with Mercy on arm) runs into the subway Swan takes Mercy from his arm and you just see what I'm assuming to be Waites' stunt-double run off. And then you don't really see him again. Any thoughts?

I mentioned something like this I think. That struck me to. I agree with you. Fox just walks farther into the subway and doesn't show himself. Very odd for someone who has been right there every step of the way with Swan. I think it is a Fox stunt double and that that scene was shot after Tom Waites had left.

It's possible that they had to reshoot that scene after Waites left, so Hill could show Mercy was now with Swan.

no because it shows a shot right in the face of waites when they hear the cop walking in the station right before they split up.
