"Facelift" dvd

Post by TTboy82 »

I have been reading this site more than a year now, and i finally decided to register when i found this. http://www.cdon.com/main.phtml?navroot=905&session=1

This dvd is 1 minute longer than the original dvd, but it's not the director's cut version.

I hope the link works i'm not really used to these forums

Hi, welcome to the site, and thanks for the link. 8)

That's an interesting find, I have not seen that DVD cover before. On the site you have to search for "Soturit - face lift"

EDIT: It appears that DVD cover is spreading over Europe.

Did the SE DVD have the skull logo on it in the UK, I can't remember and don't have it handy?

I was wondering maybe this dvd has the opening from the tv-version.

this dvd can't possible have the comic-book scene's as the director's cut.

I think it is unlikely to have the added opening scene as Paramount lost the film and besides, it is longer than 3 minutes. I am intrigued as to the extra minute as Region 2 is only 89 minutes. My guess is that it is the same as the original movie, but they typed 90 minutes. I've been wrong before though.
