Least intimidating gang

I'm gonna have to go with the Hawaiian Shirt guys during the "Nowhere to Run" sequence. They look like a bunch of little Magnum PIs. I don't think they could intimidate milk money out of a school kid.

And the two gangs shown right before them...the striped shirt/fedora hat guys and the purple mesh tank top guys. WTF? I think the costume designer was just running short of ideas at that point.

I'd say the Hi-Hats. Who's afraid of a mime?

The Hawaiian shirt guys are a good choice too, as would be the Orphans.

I wouldn't say the hihats because they have that creep factor going for them. Somewhat like the furies. I'd have to say either the Orphans or the Boppers.

Yep, there all skinny as hell and that shiny purple pink outfit they've got going isn't to intmidating.

I would have to say the Orphans because even the Hawaiian shirt guys were on the Riffs network but the Orphans weren't.

I'd go with The Lizzies and The Orphans. After studying The Rogues for a while, I'd have worked out that they haven't got a pair of braincells to rub together between them, and that they just look stupid. Maybe they would be my third least intimidating gang.

Luther isn't physically intimidating, but the fact that he's completely sh1thouse crazy makes him dangerous.
