hey you guys you know something. ive never seen the movie and only became a member here because of the video game of the warriors im obsessing over . i would like to see it but i need advice for which one to see, the original or the directors cut.
oh yeah and also i have tivo and the warriors was on spike the other day and i set to record, but it didnt. that is just my luck because it will record any other thing i set
you and your friends are walking through the alley late at night and you see a bunch of wimps closing in. then you think.
WHAT WOULD THE WARRIORS DO?
We are all big fans because we saw the original version first!! I still say that version is better and the special edition was more of a "treat" for fans, not least because of the special features on the DVD.

first off, i think its awsome that you came for the game but wanna see the movie and like it....we were hoping for more people like you....
like WC i also say you see the orginal version first....really get that feeling we all got....and after your good with that and really love it.....then see the Special Edition version...i think it will also give you a bigger love for the orginal
Hi Booster..Hate to break it to you but the new SE DVD has a grand total of 0 extra scenes. There are some animated sequences added but zero extra footage.
I dont have the original on DVD, but on video (how old man) but i bought the special edition and i dont think its as good, maybe because we were all expecting so more or something
in order of freshness...
the original, the way it was meant to be seen.
cleon's version, with real deleted scenes.
then the special edition, though its not all that special.
The Director's cut would have been nice if they would have put the deleted scenes in. It's not like there's a lot of footage to put back. Evene if the scenes were separate and commented on by the director it would have been interesting.
The interviews and dialogue of the actors and principles is good, but when you see some DVD movies with stuff like "10 hours of bonus material" you feel a bit cheated.
