Theres another thread that answers this; but in short, Fox tells them all when they escape into the graveyard. It was either a cut scene or they decided to cut it from the script altogether and not film it.

I would like to know, Since Fox saw Sirus shot by the Rogues, why did he not tell the other Warriors about it so they knew why they were being chased? They didn't know until after "The Lizzies" tried to kill them. It was that unknown member at the end of the movie who told the Riffs he saw who shot ...

I finally found out about Fox. I thought I was just imagining things that he wasn't in the credits. I even searched for the Actors name all the way down. Even if he quit, he still should have been in the credits.....
