It supposedly rare. I searched the net for it and everywhere i went the only VHS version that kept coming up was the version with the real-life Warriors pic.

Its made in U.K. And on the back cover at the bottom it says "Some music re-scored" Although there's only one song that I've noticed differant (i have it on DVD also) The "Nowhere to Run" track just before the Turnbal...
