It's "The Combatribes" made by Technos.

Technos was the company that also made Double Dragon and River City Ransom.

Why didn't they use the Book's gang name for the hero gang? The Coney Island Dominators sounded so much cooler. Naming the name of the gang after the movie title is kinda weird. :doubt: Why is that?
