Re: Why that username?
My favorite character is Swan who is second in command to Cleon, in the book the second in command is called uncle hector therefore put the two together and you get Uncle Swan.

After they beat LC up the fu...

Re: Where were you when you first saw THE WARRIORS?
the first time i saw the warriors i must have been about 14. If i remember correctly(which i doubt as my memory's shot) it would have been a Friday or Saturday night about 10 or 11 o'clock, I had just got in from my usual "high jinx" with mates and switched the TV on to chill out before going to bed...

Re: Lack of fights?
I think that having only really 2 fights in the film adds to the realism( even though its done like a comic book just look at the furies for evidence of this). How many times can you fight in one night especially against fresh opponents each time. I cant think of another film which is set in just on...

Re: What video game are you anxiously waiting for?
Its gota be GTAIV. i am a big fan of the GTA series and cant wait to see what they have done for the new one. The only problem I have is that at the moment I dont own a PS3 and am seriously having trouble justifing spending £425 on what to me would just be a games machine no mater what else it can ...

Re: Who would you go back for? Cleon or Ajax
To be honest i don't think it would have been possible to go back for either no matter how much you would want to. In Cleons case even if you knew he was being beaten down by the riffs going back in with gangs running all over and also the law swarming down on top of the conclave would have more th...

Re: Movie or Book( not a poll)
I think i would have to say the film as it was what introduced me to the Warriors, though I really do like the story in the book and have often wondered what the film would have been like if they had stuck closer to the original storyline.

Re: Cutting The Story Short - Train Station Fire
In the extras on the ultimate DVD I think it is Walter Hill that said they had to find a way to stop the train and asked the authorities what would cause it to stop, and was told a fire would definitely stop the train therefore that's what was used. Also who said the fire was arson? All that is said...

Re: Who is against the 2008 remake?
I like your idea of making a prequel. There is something similar in the video game, but making a movie prequel would be awesome. We would find out how the Warriors were formed, who entered the gang first, etc. ;) Although he is my favorite character,Cyrus should stay dead, there's no point of having two ...

Re: snow & cowboy
To be perfectly honest I think that there was enough done with the character's, to have tried to make other character's parts larger or to try and go into more detail about them would have taken away from the overall film and probably made it all seem a bit messy. Yes they don't get allot but you ge...

Re: cleons death
As promised here is my apology to Hector, sorry in the book papa Arnold does indeed make it back to the hangout. In my own defence though we don't get to learn about his journey just that he made it ,so I'm not surprised that i had forgotten that fact. Maybe it will make me wait till i check ...

Original script link broken
Hi I am sure this must have been asked before but I have done a search and found nothing so forgive me if it has. I was really looking forward to reading the original script but when i click the link all I get is a 404 message. Is there anybody who can e-mail me a copy of the script or even better ...
