Re: Mercy & Cyrus

I liked Cyrus.  He wanted to unite the gangs & eliminate the petty quarreling amongst them.  Guys with no vision like Luther & Ajax couldn't grasp his idea.

Re: Sexiest Girl

The best looking women in the movie were the Undercover cop, the Lizzie making out with Cochise, and Cleon's girlfriend (deleted scene).

Re: if fox saw luthur shoot cyrus, y didnt he say anything t

Fox must've told the other warriors or how else would've Swan know that it was Luther who shot cyrus. It was Rembrandt who told them that they were the main suspects after their run in with the lizzies but other than that, they thought the truce had been called off and all gangs were protecting the...

Re: so who set the fire when they were in the train?

Nobody set the fire.  If there was a gang that set the fire that stopped the train that The Warriors were on, then they'd be there at the station or nearby, ready to ambush them as soon as the chance was there.  However, that never happened.  It was just a regular track fire.

Re: Ajax ruined it for himself!

He would have been locked up regardless of his moves on her.  Yes, he mauled her like a circus bear gone wild, but even if he was gentle, he would have been cuffed.  At that time, the police were after all gangs.  Anybody wearing colors would have been taken down if confronted.  The female cop's way...

Re: Cochise vs. Snow

No debate at all...

After seeing how Cochise fell for the Lizzies, it has to be Snow.

Re: Whose your favorite charcter besides the Warriors?

It has to be Cyrus.  He had a something almost regal about his demeanor... Despite the grammatical errors in his speech (the same that the rest of the characters of the movie suffered from), he expressed a command over the people and he motivated most of them into action.  Look at the way they react...

100% Agreed
One sentence from Cleon had Ajax quiet out of respect.

Re: Gang Outfit

The Rogues dressed like the tango dancing bikers in the Blue Oyster (Police Academy movies). The guys in the wooly vests look pretty comical too.  You better be a good fighter if you're wearing that get-up. I like the Riffs outfit in the hangout...I guess your martial art jacket color/design determi...

Re: A New Twist

Before getting a clear path to exit by the Riffs on the beach, Masai motions his men to show that Cleon is alive (a little banged up from the kick, punches & elbows, but with no permanent damage).  The Warriors surround their leader, happy to see him alive, and help him return home to their hangout ...

Re: New war chief?

I'd say there are many more Warriors who could do a good job as WarLord when they get back, Cleon probably even has many lined up to replace him if anything did ever happen.  I don't think he brought his best men there, if he brought a few potential war lords who have big personalitys and a strong...

The only cute Lizzie

...was the one kissing Cochise. The rest of them were dogs, especially the Cro-magnon looking one drinking the heineken. And yes, the female cop on the bench looked really damn good. Mercedes Ruehl actually kept her good looks for a while even after she got older. I haven't seen her in the past few ...

A New Warchief

Here's my humble opinion of the entire discussion. 1) Cleon was the absolute leader of The Warriors. He wasn't just "warchief for the night" or any other subcategory. 2) During missions where Cleon was not present, he would appoint a warchief to be in charge of the small group dispatched to handle t...
